Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its team in Reno, NV. This full‑time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation practice experience and hold an active Nevada Bar license. Clerkship experience is preferred. Duties Conduct written discovery, including e-Discovery. Apply knowledge of Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure. Engage in oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions. Perform exceptional research and writing tasks. Requirements Minimum of three years of litigation practice experience. Active Nevada Bar license. Clerkship experience preferred.
