Treasury Administrative Assistant

Pyramid Consulting

Immediate need for a talented Treasury Administrative Assistant. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Summit, NJ(Hybrid). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Review and process headquarters mail correspondence, including checks received for the benefit of client, and finance department documentsHandle issued checks to the appropriate payment requestorProcess department purchases, including requisitions for contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.Track departmental expenses against budgetsPrepare, submit, and track expense reports for treasury leadersManage the calendar of treasury executive leadersSchedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, sign in visitors, and support the logistics of treasury department meetingsCoordinate travel arrangements for treasury executivesSupport treasury team with administrative office tasksThe Treasury Administrative Assistant will be reporting to the treasurer and will interact with both internal and external counterparties:Internal: Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, Security, and Legal functionsExternal: Banks, credit rating agencies, insurance companies and brokers, and other service providersKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Manage the calendar of treasury executive leadersSchedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, sign in visitors, and support the logistics of treasury department meetingsCoordinate travel arrangements for treasury executivesProcess department purchases, including requisitions for contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, and SharepointBachelor's degreeProficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams and SharepointExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityExcellent oral and written communicationStrong collaboration and business partnership skills in corporate environmentsMinimum 8 years of experienceExperience in corporate finance is preferredOur client is a leading Pharmaceutical Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
