Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active California CTC licensure in Mild/Moderate (M/M) Special Education
• Experience working with middle school-aged students
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners
• Previous resource setting experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with mild/moderate disabilities
• Provide targeted instructional support in small group and one-on-one settings
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all regulatory and school-specific requirements
• Support student transitions within the classroom and across grade levels
