Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.A Drug and Alcohol counselor who excels in this role:Provides ASAM assessment, intakes, and counseling services to adult clients.Provides individual and family sessions, and group psychotherapy as assigned.Maintains accurate and complete records, including adequate paperwork to facilitate proper billing. Knowledgeable of ASAM levels of care and their appropriate and effective application.Maintains confidentiality of all patients, hospital, and employee related information.Delivers personalized, efficient care with respect for the individual's spiritual and cultural differences.Participates in community consultation and education as requested.Participates in facility treatment team meetings communicating clinical impressions.Compiles comprehensive patient/family history and records the data.Works to ensure effective performance and productivity maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patients.We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
