Job description:
EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school partner school team in Pasco, WA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while advancing your career in a mission-driven and collaborative educational environment.
Assignment Details:
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Pasco, WA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff
Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Support individualized treatment goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license for the state of Washington (required)
Minimum 1+ years of experience as an RBT (preferred)
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must pass a criminal background and abuse registry check
Strong commitment to working within a collaborative, student-centered environment
