Junior Project Manager

Role Descriptions:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Advanced Excel, Power Query + M, SQL, data profiling, reconciliation techniques
Data quality checks, outlier detection, RCA methods, logging lineage
Power Query (ETL patterns), advanced formulas, error handling
Automation (Power Automate), parameterized queries, design patterns
MS Project/Planner, RAID logs, schedule management, baseline
PowerPoint (linked charts), Word templates, Power BI/Excel refresh
Power BI (modeling + DAX) or Excel dashboards, viz best practices
Pages, permissions, lists, JSON formatting basics
Slide masters, data-linked visuals, storytelling

Roles & Responsibilities

Junior Project Manager
professional with experience in data validation & analysis
Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple sources of data files
Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and root causes
Strong proficiency in Power Query and Advance Excel
Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improved approaches
Create and maintain weekly/bi-weekly status reports, project schedules and timelines, action item and project

charters and documentation

Design and maintain dashboards
Intermediate SharePoint experience to publish and maintain departmental updates and pages
Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint

Skills: EIS : Medical Device & Regulations, Project Management
Experience Required: 4-6
