Job Title: Furniture Associate
Location: Lenoir, NC
Pay Range: $16.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Assemble furniture components by following straightforward instructions
• Perform visual checks to ensure each piece meets quality standards
• Move and stage materials to keep production flowing smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What’s Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to follow directions and work well on a team
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

• 1st Shift Consistent Thursday–Friday–Saturday schedule
