Creative Services Manager

Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Creative Services Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent furniture brand. This role is responsible for leading the development, production, and execution of creative marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The Creative Services Manager plays a critical role in shaping brand identity, managing visual content, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing materials that support both residential and hospitality divisions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee content development including photography, videography, CGI, and AI-generated assets
• Plan, coordinate, and attend photoshoots while managing post-production processes
• Develop and manage content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Lead the design, layout, and production of marketing collateral such as catalogs, tear pads, and promotional materials
• Support print and digital advertising initiatives including national print ads and paid media campaigns
• Assist with trade show planning and execution, including asset creation and on-site support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, eCommerce, and sales
• Manage and maintain digital assets
• Oversee vendor relationships including photographers, agencies, printers, and CGI partners
• Monitor budgets, obtain quotes, and ensure cost-effective production processes
• Support public relations efforts and corporate marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the development and execution of the brand's visual direction

Requirements include:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or a related field preferred

Experience:

• 8-10+ years of experience in creative services, marketing production, or related field
• Experience managing end-to-end creative processes from concept through production
• Background in photography production and familiarity with CGI and AI tools
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors

Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Certifications:

• Relevant design or marketing certifications are a plus but not required

Knowledge:

• Understanding of print production, pre-press, and digital marketing channels
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems (Bynder preferred)
• Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google PMAX and Meta Ads
