Overview Qualified Mental Health Professional at Easterseals PORT Health needed to lead a Residential Group Home located in Lenoir, NC, serving residents with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Responsibilities Provide supervision and oversight of services for residents. Develop and implement structured care plans. Hire, train, supervise, and monitor direct support staff. Ensure compliance with policies, maintain attendance records, and complete required training. Collaborate with families and external entities to support residents’ health, safety, and welfare. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services program from an accredited institution. Qualified NC mental health professional. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance. In-depth knowledge of therapeutic approaches and crisis de‑escalation skills.
