Remote Case Manager - Community Health & Navigation

Mercer University

Mercer University is seeking a Case Manager to support South Georgia Healthy Start initiatives. The role involves assisting with daily activities, recruitment, enrollment, and ongoing participant support across several rural counties.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with two years' related experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the project area. This is a non-exempt, full-time position expecting in-person collaboration.
