Maintenance Technician III – Industrial Maintenance (3rd Shift)Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:45 PM–10:45 AM (80 hour weeks)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join a manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, OH. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to diagnose complex equipment issues. This position also provides technical guidance and mentorship to Maintenance Technician I and II team members.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot electrical circuits, controls, and industrial equipmentDiagnose equipment issues using electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentationInterpret ladder logic for troubleshooting purposesTroubleshoot and work with sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and other electrical componentsInstall, test, modify, and upgrade manufacturing equipment and machineryRespond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergenciesPerform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance issues before failures occurAssist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and continuous improvement projectsUse hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, forklifts, aerial lifts, and other maintenance equipmentProvide technical guidance and mentorship to Maintenance Technician I and II employeesSupport efforts to improve equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work areaFollow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practicesQualifications5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experienceStrong electrical troubleshooting experienceExperience maintaining and repairing manufacturing or production equipmentAbility to troubleshoot electrical circuits and industrial equipmentAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawingsExperience with preventive maintenance programsExperience with PLC systems and industrial controlsAbility to interpret ladder logic for troubleshootingExperience with sensors, relays, contactors, and VFDsWelding and fabrication experience preferredExperience with automation or automated manufacturing equipment is a plusAbility to work independently and prioritize maintenance issuesStrong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced maintenance techniciansHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical school, vocational training, or maintenance-related certification is a plusAbility to pass a Ramsey mechanical aptitude assessmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around machinery for extended periodsAbility to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally handle heavier materials with assistanceAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and elevated work areasAbility to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other maintenance equipment as neededWhy Apply?Full-time opportunity with an established manufacturing operationHands-on work with a variety of industrial equipmentAdvanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting responsibilitiesOpportunity to mentor and support other maintenance techniciansCareer growth and technical development opportunitiesConsistent Monday–Friday 3rd shift scheduleSaturday overtime opportunities may be available
