We take care of our customers - and that starts with reliable, professional delivery every time.The RoleThis is a local delivery route position based out of our Cleveland facility. You will operate our company box truck on daily same-day runs throughout Northeast Ohio, delivering industrial hose assemblies and components to our customers and picking up materials as needed. You are home every night.This is a solo role built for someone who is self-directed, detail-oriented, and takes genuine ownership of their route and their vehicle. You will be the face of TCH Industries and Koehler Rubber at customer docks and receiving doors - a brief but important interaction that requires professionalism, not a sales pitch. We are not looking for a people person; we are looking for a dependable, trustworthy professional who represents us well without being prompted.What You'll DoOperate our company box truck on local same-day delivery and pickup routes throughout Northeast OhioLoad and unload freight at our facility and at customer locations - safely and with care for the productVerify orders against delivery documentation before departure and confirm receipt at each stopAccurately complete delivery logs, BOLs, and any pickup or return paperworkConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptlyMaintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle at all timesRepresent TCH Industries and Koehler Rubber professionally at all customer locations - courteous, efficient, and on timeCommunicate route updates, delays, or delivery exceptions to dispatch in a timely mannerQualificationsValid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record - this is non-negotiableAbility to operate a box truck (under 26,001 lbs GVWR) - no CDL requiredDelivery or route driving experience strongly preferredAbility to load, unload, and move freight up to 75 lbs; team lifts for heavier itemsStrong attention to detail - accurate documentation is as important as safe drivingReliable, punctual, and self-motivated; able to manage your own route and time without micromanagementProfessional demeanor at customer sites - you don't need to be outgoing, but you do need to be courteous and composedBasic familiarity with NE Ohio geography and routes; GPS proficiencyForklift or pallet jack experience is a plusSchedule & CompensationFull-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - local routes, home every nightEarly start times typical; routes are generally completed within standard business hoursCompetitive hourly wage commensurate with experienceOvertime opportunities availableBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)401(k) with retirement planPaid time off and paid holidaysParental leaveCareer advancement and growth opportunities across our expanding branch networkIf you are a dependable, safety-conscious driver who takes pride in doing the job right and representing a company well - without needing to be the center of attention - we want to hear from you.TCH Industries is an equal opportunity employer.
