Mobile PhlebotomistMadison Core Labs is a state-of-the-art full-service independent clinical laboratory, and we are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team! Our facility is located in Huntsville, Alabama.Position Summary: Madison Core Laboratories Phlebotomist's are responsible for efficiently and accurately collecting blood and specimen samples for laboratory analysis, depending on their specific facility. Decatur, Priceville, Cullman, Falkville, and/or Hartselle and surrounding areas. (Working hours could range between 5:30am- 5:00pm)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples- based on facility needsIdentify patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical recordsEnsure quality and quantity of collected samplesLabel samples correctly and send or deliver for testingAnswer related patient questions and provide useful informationAdhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or travelingFollows instructions and other duties as directed by supervisorSkills and Abilities:Excellent Oral and Written Communication SkillsSuperior Time Management SkillsAttention to detailAbility to connect with a diverse group of patientsExcellent Interpersonal SkillsExperience:5 years of related experience, PreferredEducation:H.S.
