Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Wellspring is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, families, and children throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehab team in Monroe. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting seniors in your local community.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care that promotes resident rights, dignity, individuality, and freedom of choice.Conduct daily resident visits to observe, assess, and document physical and emotional status.Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.Keep nursing leadership informed of resident conditions, changes in status, and other relevant clinical information.Supervise nursing activities on the assigned unit and support staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.Interpret, implement, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.Respond promptly to resident, family, and staff inquiries within established timeframes.Follow all safety and infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene and disposal of soiled materials.QualificationsCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing (required).Successful completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, medical, surgical, or critical care).Schedule and CompensationEmployment type: Full-timeSchedule: Night Shift (4:45 pm – 5:15 am)Weekends: Every 3rd weekend rotation requiredPay rate: $32.90 - 36.40 hour, based on licensureShift Differentials: $3.00 per hour for Night ShiftPay flexibility: Access earned wages anytime with DailyPay.Benefits (based on employment status)Health, vision, and dental insurancePTO and paid holidays403(b) retirement plan with employer matchDailyPay – access your earned wages anytime.Wellspring SupportLinc employee assistance program.Clinical supervision and nursing support as needed.Meaningful connections with residents and team members.Location: Wellspring Skilled Nursing and Rehab 1236 S Monroe St. Monroe, MI 48161Join Wellspring and bring your nursing skills and compassion to make a difference in the lives of seniors in Monroe.
