Senior Global Marketing Manager, TMTI - Downstream

Abbott seeks a Senior Global Marketing Manager for its Structural Heart Division to lead downstream marketing strategy for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid interventions. The role involves developing global marketing strategies, executing product launches, managing competitive positioning, and directing digital and omnichannel initiatives across regions from the Santa Clara or Plymouth location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global downstream marketing strategies aligned with TMTI business priorities
• Translate global strategy into actionable regional programs and commercial enablement tools
• Lead product launch strategy and execution for structural heart repair and replacement devices
• Develop messaging, campaigns, and competitive strategy in collaboration with creative agencies
• Lead digital marketing initiatives and omnichannel strategy development and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years marketing or product management experience
• MBA with 2+ years related experience also considered
• Prior marketing experience in medical device or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing downstream marketing strategies
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in matrix environment with global cross-functional partners
• Capability to travel 30% of the time

Compensation: $130,700–$261,300 base
