FlexForce Pros are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Flexforce Pros team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a diverse mix of clients across multiple industries. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a talented skilled labor workforce that aligns with our company's growth objectives and culture. “Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission opportunities. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply, but bilingualism is not required.”
- Experience with TempWorks software a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Indeed Smart Sourcing
- Having 3+ years in recruiting
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
