RECLUTADOR / COORDINADOR DE OPERACIONES

$23.00 por hora o según experiencia (BOE)
Pago semanal | 35–40 horas por semana

  • Experiencia en hospitalidad es una ventaja

  • Actitud profesional y responsable

Horario

  • Lunes a domingo (rotación de fines de semana requerida)
  • Se requiere disponibilidad flexible
  • Debe estar disponible para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar actividades de reclutamiento y contratación
  • Asistir en la evaluación y contratación de candidatos
  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a solicitantes y clientes
  • Coordinar horarios, entrevistas y tareas operativas
  • Mantener registros y documentación precisos
  • Apoyar las operaciones diarias de la oficina
  • Manejar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con los plazos establecidos
