Patient Recruiter's Main Objective Responsibilities The Patient Recruiter is responsible for connecting patients to clinical research opportunities across our site network. In this role, you will: Conduct compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients, screening for eligibility and interest in clinical trial opportunities Manage a high volume of outbound calls with precision and urgency Maintain working knowledge of study indications and patient requirements Collaborate closely with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals for our clinical trials Skills Needed to Win Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer‑facing sales role Required: People‑oriented, compassionate phone communication skills Required: Openness to share rotating Saturday coverage Strongly Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Phone‑based experience in a call center, collections, banking, customer service experience in a high‑volume, metric‑driven environment Preferred: Experience upselling, earning commission, or meeting quotas in a metric‑driven environment Coffee drinkers preferred. Commission is paid biweekly. Average first‑year earnings are approximately $46,000-$54,000, with significantly higher earning potential for strong performers. Our commission structure is uncapped!
