About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking VP to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including building financial models, conducting financial analysis, and working closely with senior leaders and clients. The role also involves mentoring and leading junior bankers, as well as full-cycle deal execution across various financial products. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years' of experience in investment banking or M&A, and a strong interest in the ADG, engineering, construction, and industrial services space. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established and rapidly growing investment banking platform with a clear path for upward mobility and consistent deal flow. The Investment Banking VP will be expected to prepare a variety of financial documents and presentations, and experience in the ADG, engineering, construction, and industrial services space is preferred. The role is based in Charlotte, NC, and the candidate should be currently located in or able to relocate to this city.
