Overview We’re looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead storm response events. Currently, our yards are situated in Plymouth Meeting, PA; Cambridge City, IN; Walpole, MA; and New Orleans, LA. Join us and help us continue building one of the most trusted teams in the industry. Position Storm General Foreman Pay Competitive, based on experience, with storm-related performance bonuses Schedule Flexible hybrid, with full availability for storm calls Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale storm restoration projects, overseeing 25–50 FTEs during storm events. Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience managing storm projects or large-scale restoration events Ability to adapt quickly to storm restoration demands while meeting customer deadlines Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Proficiency with computers and project organization tools Highly responsible, accountable, and dependable Calm, steady, and solutions-focused under pressure Consistently demonstrates professionalism in all situations Living within one hour of the yard location you are applying for is preferred Workplace Policy Danella maintains a workplace that is completely free of drugs and alcohol.
