Essential Functions Manage day-to-day full cycle recruitment process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), UKG, for assigned requisitions/region. Build networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications. Proactively source and engage talent through job boards like LinkedIn, while strategically building and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates. Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring manager to determine staffing needs. Along with the team, works with the immigration attorney to assess candidate work authorization status, advise managers on visa‑related considerations, & smoothly transition intercompany and visa status candidates to long‑term visa status. Screens all resumes, interview candidates (by video conference, telephone, or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non‑exempt position openings for assigned requisitions. Delivers only qualified candidates to the hiring manager after the screening process is complete. Uses traditional and non‑traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc. Supports the development of advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. Supports internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc. Follows up in a timely manner with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with hiring managers to effectively place staff. Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non‑competition agreements, etc.). Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including EEOC compliance. Assists in the onboarding process to ensure a successful integration into RLB's culture. Supports and Maintains application/resume file and retention per company policy. Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to the industry. Contributes to team performance through collaboration and effective communication. Adds to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to the role and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence. Minimum Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Management, or related experience. Minimum Experience required: 3+ years of recruiting in the AEC industry Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills; phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills, people skills, supports diversity, employment law, results-driven, professionalism, and good judgment. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Indoor office environment. May require work on site location when necessary. Equipment used includes: computers and standard office machines.
