Bartender
The Bartender crafts beverages according to Lombardi Family Concepts standards and is responsible for all aspects of the bar sets up and stock products for each shift, maintains storage areas and cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all equipment, utensils and tools. Additionally responsibilities include: verifying all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol, providing a positive and friendly guest experience, preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages by tending to detail and presentation of each order, keeping a clean and sanitized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items. Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations.
Job requirements include: 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant required, current Food Handlers, TABC knowledge, and passion for wine, beer and craft cocktails. Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, familiar with POS system, friendly and self-motivated, strong attention to detail, continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
