Urologist Position

Our organization is located in Hagerstown, MD.

Compensation: $650,000 Base Salary + Up to $250,000 Performance Bonus

• Base salary of $650,000

• Performance-based bonus potential of up to $250,000

This role involves delivering comprehensive urological care in a modern, high-volume environment:

• Utilization of 2 Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive surgeries

• Access to 16 state-of-the-art operating rooms

• Advanced ambulatory surgery center available

• Full range of urologic surgeries, including robotic, laparoscopic, and open procedures

• Dedicated urology clinic with a robust referral network

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Telehealth services and office-based procedures

• Support from experienced Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff

Provide care to adult patients with a wide array of urological conditions, including:

• Prostate diseases (BPH, prostate cancer)

• Kidney stones and related disorders

• Bladder cancer and dysfunction

• Kidney cancer and renal masses

• Male infertility and sexual health issues

• Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery

Care typically includes robotic surgeries, endoscopic procedures, cancer treatment, and management of acute urological issues.

• Combination of clinic, operating room, and procedural time

• Robust allocation of surgical blocks

• Strong support staff to ensure efficient workflow
