Job Title: Mythos Program Manager

Local to Bay area

Once a week in oakland office.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support incident tracking, escalation management, and operational coordination for the Mythos platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-visibility technical incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders in fast-paced enterprise environments.

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive issue resolution, maintain operational visibility, and ensure timely communication across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents and issues related to the Mythos platform.
• Track, prioritize, and coordinate resolution activities for production and operational incidents.
• Facilitate incident triage calls, war rooms, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding issue status, risks, and escalations.
• Provide clear and concise executive-level status reporting and communication.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, product, and support teams to drive timely issue resolution.
• Maintain incident logs, action items, decision tracking, and post-incident documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce operational risk.
• Monitor timelines, ownership, and accountability across multiple concurrent incidents.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing major incidents, escalations, and operational issues.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
