Investor Relations Program Coordinator

Job Description Summary Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, the IR Program Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all GE Aerospace investors and analysts, coordinates activities and calendars for the Investor Relations Team, and provides administrative support to the Head of Investor Relations and the team. Roles and Responsibilities Organize investor engagements, including communication with Corporate Access at Wall Street institutions to plan time, place, attendees, agenda, and other logistics for all GE Aerospace external events. Leverage knowledge of GE shareholders to allocate group meetings in coordination with the IR Director and Head of Investor Relations. Manage preparation calendar and schedule meetings for earnings, investor conferences, and GE‑hosted events (e.g., Investor Day). Collaborate with the Office of the CEO, CFO, and other business leaders to determine availability, provide logistical details for events, and ensure seamless execution. Enable effective communication between the company, the financial community, and other constituencies to foster strong relationships and successful engagements. Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support the team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and GE Aerospace. Review and respond to investor inquiries in a timely manner via email, ensuring inquiries are directed to the proper teams within approximately 48 hours. Maintain an understanding of how the work of the IR team integrates with other functions (e.g., FP&A, legal, controllership). Resolve issues that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures, consulting more senior team members for matters outside defined policy parameters. Effectively manage the Head of Investor Relations calendar, meeting requests, and travel itineraries. Handle travel arrangements and expenses for the Head of Investor Relations in a timely manner. Required Qualifications 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations Manager, People Operations Manager, or a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑motivated and organized, with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Clear, tactful, professional, and consensus‑building skills in writing, speaking, and presenting information. Ability to collaborate with senior management. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness; comfortable with numbers. Strong oral and written communication skills. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities constantly shift; flexible, energetic, and proactive. Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality. Available to be in‑office four days a week to support investor hosting and IR team needs. Desired Characteristics Prior experience in corporate access or managing investor‑relations related activities. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. All of the qualifications listed above. Salary and Benefits Base pay range: $78,000.00 – $97,000.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by candidate experience, education, and skill set. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of the base salary.
