Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a key provider in the educational team, you will work directly with a diverse caseload of K-12 students, helping them achieve their fullest potential.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide therapy services in-person to meet school standards and compliance
• Commitment to supporting students with a range of disabilities or physical needs
• Reliable, organized, and flexible mindset for adapting to evolving student requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy to a caseload of 7 students (details shared in interview)
• Contribute to student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), set measurable therapy goals, and monitor progress
• Communicate regularly with special education staff, teachers, and families to ensure seamless coordination of student care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and school policies
• Educate staff and caregivers about mobility, access, and adaptive techniques when needed
• Participate in relevant school meetings and professional development activities
