Description: 

Support product acceptance and quality assurance activities by verifying product conformance to design requirements, conducting inspections and audits, and documenting non-conformance findings. Coordinate product verification processes while maintaining compliance with aerospace manufacturing and quality standards.

#Job Details

*Aerospace Manufacturing Facility
*Contract – 6 Months
*Variable Shifts – must be able to work any shift - Shift based on business needs
*Must be a U.S. Citizen

#Education & Job Requirements

*High School Diploma or GED equivalent and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

*2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
*1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
*1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Willing and able to work any shift assigned

*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

#Preferred Skills

*1+ years of experience with the following types of hand tools, including calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, and go/no-go gages
*1+ year experience navigating CMES
*1+ years of experience working with REDARS, IVT

#Job Duties & Functions

*Verify routine product conformance to design requirements
*Provide objective evidence of inspection and verification results
*Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities throughout production operations
*Identify and document discrepancies identified during inspection and review processes
*Segregate and control non-conforming items in accordance with quality procedures
*Conduct preliminary reviews and dispositions of non-conformance conditions
*Coordinate product reviews with customers during product and process verification activities
*Initiate requests for corrective action involving repetitive or significant non-conformances
*Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document quality findings and maintain records
*Support quality assurance activities within aerospace manufacturing operations
*Maintain compliance with established quality standards and production requirements
*Attend classroom and Structured On-the-Job Training programs as required for assignment completion
*Support overtime requirements based on business needs

#Physical Requirements & Environment

*Work onsite full-time in North Charleston, SC
*Support variable shifts based on business needs
*Attend general class training at Trident Tech for approximately 2 months
*Complete Structured On-the-Job Training for approximately 4 months
*Training duration may extend up to 6 months, depending on individual progress
*Support overtime requirements as needed
