BEPC is actively looking for Material Handler – Level 1, in Phoenix, AZ area!

W2 Contract – 7 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 /hour - Determined based on experience (Paid weekly)

Work Model: Onsite role - First shift

Note : This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Material Handler – Level 1 to join our client’s site in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support warehouse and storage facility operations by loading and unloading materials and moving materials to and from trucks and throughout the storage facility using forklifts, conveyors, or other handling equipment.

The position works under immediate supervision and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment and the position typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility.
• Utilize forklifts, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move materials to and from trucks and within the storage facility.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Work under immediate supervision.
• Lift materials generally at or below 35 lbs. without significant repetitions.

Main Qualifications: 

• Education: High school diploma may be required.
• 1–2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within the field.
