Join us and take your career to the next level while shaping the future of regulatory reporting.Job Summary:As a Regulatory Reporting Manager within the Escheatment Department, you will oversee the end-to-end process of reporting and remitting abandoned property for JPMorgan Securities LLC. You will serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reporting activities. In this role, you will coordinate large-scale operational initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and support the development of new compliance programs. You will thrive in a deadline-driven environment, leveraging your analytical skills and leadership experience to deliver results and foster a collaborative team culture.Job Responsibilities:Manage the process of reporting and remitting abandoned property across multiple lines of business and product typesAct as an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining critical relationshipsCoordinate large-scale remittance of various product types to multiple states under strict regulatory deadlinesUtilize proprietary and industry-standard data management tools to identify and implement automation opportunitiesLead challenging projects, promote process streamlining, and support the career development of direct and matrix reportsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency for all reporting purposesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous issues and recommend creative solutionsMust obtain Series 99 within 180 days of hireExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on risk mitigation and efficiencyAbility to synthesize information and communicate concise messages to managementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environmentDemonstrated track record of improving processes, meeting goals, and managing competing priorities with diverse stakeholdersHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Data and analytical experience, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvementsFive or more years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in operations; management experience is a plusFamiliarity with automation, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Python)Escheatment experience is highly preferred JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
