We are one of the top producing agencies in Lincoln, known for providing high-value, high-intent leads to assist our sales team. Our systems work, our expectations are strong, and our growth is intentional. We had an exceptional 2025 as an agency and are looking to build on that success in 2026. We are looking for a sharp, dependable Operations & Sales Manager to help run day-to-day operations, support agency growth, and step in on complex customer needs. This role is critical to keeping the agency moving efficiently while continuing to drive sales. This is a hands-on execution role, not a micromanagement position.

$50,000 base salary plus commission/bonus

100 (+) leads a month to assist in production

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer

When customers need support --> You are focused on operations and problem solving. When operations are calm ---> You are focused on sales executions, referrals, and agency growth. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
