Staffing Specialist

STULZ is seeking an experienced high-volume staffing professional to support the expansion of our manufacturing facilities in Denton, TX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Post positions and review applications in SAP SuccessFactors ATS Plan and attend recruiting events both onsite and offsite Screen candidates and set up interviews using Outlook and Robin Initiate and track pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks Manage onboarding paperwork process utilizing SAP SuccessFactors, including I-9 and E-Verify process Assist with New Employee Orientation Produce reports related to applicant and recruiting data Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: 3-5 years experience in high volume recruiting (20-40 positions per month), preferably in a production, assembly, warehouse, distribution center or similar environment HRIS and ATS experience Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel College degree or HR Certification preferred Bi-Lingual Spanish and/or Burmese a plus!
