Partner with the Director of Quality on incident reporting, safety training, and compliance-related staff education. Compliance and Risk Management – Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Act, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OSHA.
