Registered Nurse Supervisor

About the Role:
Lead by Example : As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and compassion.
Mentor and Guide : You will provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Quality Care : You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our residents receive evidence-based care and achieving exceptional outcomes.
Foster Collaboration : You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and detailed records
