The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to join a fast-paced technology organization and provide exceptional end-user support to employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and supporting a modern enterprise environment across macOS, Windows, Okta, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365.

You’ll be a key technical resource for employees, helping ensure they have the hardware, software, access, and connectivity they need to stay productive. From resolving support tickets to provisioning laptops and managing employee onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and support both macOS and Windows devices in a corporate environment.
• Own IT portions of the employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, including laptop provisioning, endpoint configuration, and account/access management.
• Configure and manage endpoints using tools such as Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Support identity and access management through Okta and Active Directory.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management and ServiceNow, while meeting established SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and support collaboration and productivity platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Zoom Rooms.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Information Security teams on system updates, security patches, and endpoint compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventories of laptops, accessories, software licenses, and other IT assets.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty replacements, and equipment refreshes.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge-base articles, technical documentation, and SOPs that help users solve common issues independently.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise IT support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, End User Services, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with identity and access management, ideally including Okta and Active Directory.
• Experience with endpoint/mobile device management tools such as Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity supporting cloud-based productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, applications, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Experience working within a structured ticketing environment and managing requests against established SLAs.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to nontechnical users.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
