Opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week after your 90‑day introductory period. RN license in Missouri or Kansas, or a compact license. BLS required. Monday‑Friday days; 8‑hour shifts. Time split between Plaza and North locations. Strong team player with a positive attitude who can clearly communicate with patients in person and over the phone. Experience in procedures/pre‑op/PACU/GI Lab and/or clinic preferred. The Opportunity Our Colorectal Surgery Team is seeking a RN to join their team! You will primarily be responsible for phone triage but will eventually assist in coordinating patient care including patient teaching, discharging, and care planning. In the clinic setting, you will provide professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Responsibilities include telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care; scheduling emergent‑need appointments; identifying learning needs for patients and families; providing advice and recommendations; inserting intravenous access with medication administration; and performing duties as assigned based on clinic need. You will delegate tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and scope of practice, serve as a subject‑matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of care and testing, enter admission orders as directed by providers, manage expired samples, and work autonomously or as part of a team. Excellent customer‑service skills and a professional demeanor are required. Additional duties may include Medical Assistant or LPN job responsibilities as needed. Benefits Work/life balance. Job Requirements 1 year of Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse with an associate degree. RN license in Missouri or Kansas, or compact license. BLS required.
