What You'll Do Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules. Prepare and analyze accounting transactions related to accruals, lease accounting (ASC 842), revenue recognition, and other key accounting areas. Assist with consolidations and enterprise-wide financial reporting. Perform variance analysis and provide insights to finance leadership. Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including SEC filings. Partner with internal and external auditors and assist with SOX compliance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes. Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842) required. Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with consolidations, financial reporting, or public company environments is a plus. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems such as AS400, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus. CPA or CPA-track candidates encouraged to apply. Why Join?
