Licensed Clinician – Telehealth & In‑Person Sessions – Noblesville, IN Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group. We seek licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. Qualifications LCSW, LMFT, LMHC Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Licensed and residing in Indiana Responsibilities & Expectations Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Partner collaboratively with team members. Treat couples and/or children (behavioral health generalists). Potential growth into leadership or supervisory roles. Complete clinical notes within 24 hours. Maintain integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Engage in professional development and team collaboration. Compensation Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Benefits Guaranteed pay and paid orientation. PTO and annual pay increases. Bonus opportunities.
