Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Location: South Shore / Greater Boston, MA

Type: Full-Time | In-Office (No Remote)

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership to drive execution
• Handle RFI/submittal flow, change orders, procurement, and reporting
• Keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining quality and profitability

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a PM
• Confident leading projects independently with strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure
• Comfortable working across a mix of renovations and ground-up builds
• Up to $150K base salary , plus bonus eligibility
• Mileage and travel expenses covered
