401(k) with company match Opportunity to work with a Highly Respected Mid-Sized General Contractor locally here in the Northern Boston area Long-Term Opportunity with a Strong Pipeline of Work Company Overview: Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded local Commercial General Contractor based in Northern Boston, MA , in their search for a Project Manager (Restaurant & Retail Construction) to support Ground-Up and TI projects ranging in value from $1 M to $20 M. Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial General Construction Industry and will be responsible for leading successful Ground-Up and TI Restaurant and Retail Projects. Project Types: Restaurant, Retail, Commercial, TI, Ground-Up Job Responsibilities: Supervise and direct all aspects of construction projects and team. Perform cost budgeting and project forecasting. Responsible for schedules, change orders, billings, and monthly status reports. Manage project teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure that the work is in compliance with City or County requirements and building codes. Strong communication with the owner and architect on key building information. Accountable for key project details and completion that lead to client satisfaction. Client Facing position helping to grow relationships and foster new work opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements: 3+ years as a Project Manager managing commercial construction retail + restaurant projects. Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering (preferred) Experience working on Commercial Restaurant and Retail projects, both large TI and small Ground-Up Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
