Construction Project Manager

I’m currently partnering with a well-established, privately owned construction management firm to appoint a Senior Project Manager into their growing team. This business has built an outstanding reputation over several decades, delivering high-quality projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, and high-end interiors. They operate with a genuinely people-first culture, where experienced teams work closely together from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of key projects, leading delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery (pre-construction through handover) Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle Oversee programme, cost, risk, and quality performance Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders Drive value engineering and problem-solving across complex builds Ensure best-in-class health & safety and compliance standards Mentor and support junior team members What They’re Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within construction Background in commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or interiors projects preferred Strong pre-construction and delivery experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead multiple projects or large-scale schemes Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Construction Management or similar Stable career history within reputable contractors or CM firms Why This Opportunity?
