Care Coordinator

CB Partners is supporting a Healthcare Services client seeking a compassionate, detail‑driven Customer Care Coordinator to guide patients through the financial assistance process while collaborating with providers and pharmacies to ensure timely access to medication. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned members Verify eligibility and ensure all plan guidelines are followed Advocate for members and work closely with providers, pharmacies, and assistance programs Accurately document all interactions in the CRM Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and escalating issues as needed Manage daily tasks and member requests to ensure a smooth experience Understand case statuses, documentation requirements, and performance goals Research financial assistance programs for specialty medications Coordinate medication shipments and provide timely updates Follow up regularly to ensure medications are delivered on time What We’re Looking For Strong customer service background with the ability to manage high‑volume interactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience & Education Required: Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience Required: Experience in healthcare reimbursement, insurance programs, or pharmaceutical support We are an equal opportunity employer and our company is committed to building and maintaining a culturally diverse workplace.
