Retail Store Manager

We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing associates, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability. Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth. Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Safeguard the company’s assets. Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures. Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters. Provide necessary background information and comply with local licensing regulations for alcohol and tobacco sales; failure to comply can lead to demotion or separation of employment. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members (required). Excellent communication skills (required). Retail management experience (preferred). Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height (required).
