Robert Half is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead core people operations and support a rapidly growing international Business & Financial Services organization. This role will oversee key HR programs, guide employee relations matters, and strengthen processes across onboarding, benefits, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate brings strong operational judgment, a service-oriented mindset, and hands-on expertise with modern HR platforms in a detail-focused services setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring policies, practices, and employee support activities are carried out effectively and consistently.
• Manage employee relations matters by addressing workplace concerns, conducting reviews when needed, and partnering with leadership on appropriate resolutions.
• Oversee onboarding activities for new hires, creating a smooth transition into the organization and maintaining accurate employment documentation.
• Administer benefits programs by supporting enrollments, resolving employee questions, and coordinating with vendors to maintain service quality.
• Maintain and optimize HR information systems, ensuring employee data is accurate, secure, and aligned with reporting needs.
• Support payroll and workforce administration processes through platforms such as Paycom, ADP Workforce Now, and Workday, in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and refine HR procedures that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Produce HR reports and insights for leadership to support workforce planning, policy decisions, and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility in an HR management capacity.
• Demonstrated success handling employee relations issues with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong background in HR administration, including onboarding, employee records management, and policy implementation.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs and responding to related employee and vendor inquiries.
• Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage data integrity, reporting, and system-based processes.
• Working knowledge of Paycom, ADP Workforce Now, or Workday.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a detail-oriented services environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience in a multi-state or national organization.
