About the role Provide high-level clinical, technical, and educational support to healthcare professionals in the programming, implantation, and follow-up of cardiac rhythm and electrophysiology devices. Act as the clinical expert for Boston Scientific's CRM and EP portfolio, driving market development and ensuring a positive customer experience through high-value interactions. Key Responsibilities - Clinical and Technical Support: * Assist in the implantation procedures and follow-up of pacemakers and defibrillators. * Program devices and conduct post-implant checks, including interrogation and therapy optimization. * Serve as the clinical reference point for troubleshooting, device optimization, and technology updates in Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management. - Continuing Medical Education: * Train physicians, clinical staff, and sales representatives in the safe and effective use of CRM devices. * Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and support during scientific congresses. - Market Development: * Identify clinical and commercial opportunities to increase penetration of CRM and EP devices. * Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, electrophysiologists, and multidisciplinary teams. * Support clinical evaluations of new products (e.g., field studies, First Implants). - Territory Management: * Support the execution of the commercial plan for the territory in alignment with the sales team. * Collaborate on the development of strategies and tactics to meet market share and unit volume targets. Position Requirements Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or other healthcare-related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cardiovascular area. Knowledge in interventional procedures. Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical education skills. Availability to travel nationwide. Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred).
