Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients through telehealth platforms, offering assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for those grappling with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with other team members to advance shared objectives and ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
\n
• Respectfully engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your communication style to align with their unique beliefs and experiences.

• Utilize your expertise in risk assessment and crisis management while maintaining adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized integrated care plans that promote client choice and empowerment in their treatment journey.
\n
• Conduct clinical assessments through interviews and screening tools, determining when further, more detailed evaluations are necessary.
\n
• Support clients in crisis situations, providing immediate interventions and assessing ongoing needs.
\n
• Manage an assigned caseload, delivering assessment, individual, group, and family therapy sessions to meet client needs.
\n
• Document and monitor client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to data submission guidelines.
\n
• Participate actively in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals from historically marginalized communities who often face barriers to mental health services. This role requires a commitment to social justice and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients in under-served environments, ensuring care is equitable and culturally responsive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in Texas is mandatory.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in mental health counseling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to convey complex emotional concepts and therapies effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on maintaining accurate and timely records.

• Competence in addressing age-specific needs tailored to the diverse client population served.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
