Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate each patient's mental health, employing leading diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies to facilitate patient progress and support their mental health diagnosis, continually adapting approaches based on ongoing evaluations.

• Document treatment records, reports, and other necessary clinical information accurately and punctually, complying with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
\n
• Facilitate close collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to design comprehensive care plans aimed at achieving agreed-upon therapeutic goals.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and options, promoting proactive engagement in their mental health journey.
\n
• Foster collaborative relationships with other treatment providers and referral agencies to coordinate care effectively.
\n
• Mentor and provide clinical supervision to interns, students, and other team members as required.
\n
• Participate in regular training and peer-to-peer review sessions to enhance team development and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on working with individuals and families confronting the emotional and psychological challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus to support your transition into this pivotal role.
