Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both virtually and in community settings.

• Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans that encompass a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify mental health needs and facilitate referrals for more comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, focusing on integrating behavioral and physical health services.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while providing timely and effective interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and support of clients in need of immediate assistance.

• Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines.

• Participate in on-call coverage during and after program hours, when assigned, to ensure continuous client support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
