Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, and develop diagnostic impressions that will inform treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in individual, couples, and family counseling contexts.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated support for clients in acute distress.

• Document all clinical encounters meticulously, ensuring all progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries meet both clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, providing tools and resources that empower them in managing their psychological wellbeing.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of care.

• Regularly assess and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and overall therapeutic efficacy.

• Stay informed of current research and evolving best practices within the field of mental health to enhance service delivery.
