Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, evaluating students' emotional, psychological, and social functioning to identify their specific needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy to students experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, grounded in evidence-based practices, that respect the cultural and individual backgrounds of each student.

• Continuously monitor student progress and adapt therapeutic approaches based on effectiveness, gathering feedback from both students and their families.

• Educate students and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and available support systems, equipping them with tools for self-advocacy.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case management using electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and informed consent, at all stages of care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• At least 2 years of direct experience providing mental health services, specifically to children and adolescents.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with students, families, and healthcare colleagues.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities suitable for school settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
