St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Family Medicine office in Wilton, NY this coming fall of 2026! As part of our growth and commitment to expanding access to high-quality primary care, we are seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our team now, with the opportunity to be part of this upcoming expansion.

St. Peters Family Medicine, located at 631 Maple Ave in Wilton, NY. is home to a team of highly experienced providers who offer routine health care for all ages. This includes annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance; routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, preventative immunizations and precautionary inoculations; womens health services (annual pelvic exams, Pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening.

Our experienced providers promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage patients to take charge of their own health and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS :

Applicants should have the following:

• Board Certified

• NYS licensure
\n
• DEA required
\n
• Strong interest in providing Primary Care for patients of all ages including pediatrics

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:  

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

• Starting compensation is $136,842
\n
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note the salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to the factors notes above.
